<br />Councilmember Riley introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #19-193 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AN UPDATED DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR <br />ANDERSON DAHLEN SOUTH ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br /> Knoll Properties LLC, hereafter referred to as “Developer”, properly <br />received approval to develop the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br /> Lot 1, Block 1, Bury and Carlson Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br /> Or upon platting: <br /> <br /> Lot 1, Block 1, Anderson Dahlen South Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br /> (the ‘Subject Property’); <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> , the City has received an Application for Final Plat and Site Plan Approval <br />for Anderson Dahlen South Addition on May 2, 2019; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> , the subject property is zoned E-2 Employment District and is approximately <br />19.88 acres in size and the Developer has requested to subdivide approximately 8.75 acres from <br />the full 19.88 acres; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS <br />, the Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan and site plan on June 6, <br />2019; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS <br />, the City Council approved the Final Plat, Site Plan on June 25, 2019; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> , the City Council reviewed the updated development agreement on August <br />12, 2019; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />1.That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants approval of the updated development <br />agreement for Anderson Dahlen South Addition contingent upon the following conditions <br /> <br />a.Conformance with Staff Review and approval of plans by the City Engineer and <br />review of the development agreement by the City Attorney. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Kuzma, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor LeTourneau <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Heinrich <br /> Councilmember Musgrove <br /> <br /> <br />
