<br />Councilmember Riley introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #19-194 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RELEASE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR <br />THE OPERATION OF A DEMOLITION CONCRETE AND ASPHALT PROCESSING <br />FACILITY ON LOT 1 BLOCK 1 AND OUTLOT A, BURY AND CARLSON ADDITION <br />AND RELEASING THE UNDERLYING DRAINAGE AND PONDING EASEMENT ON <br />OUTLOT B OF BURY & CARLSON ADDITION PER DOCUMENT NUMBER 509869 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br /> on August 25, 1992, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #92-08- <br />199 approving the issuance and declaring terms of a conditional use permit to Bury and Carlson <br />for the establishment of a demolition concrete and asphalt processing facility on Lot 1, Block 1, <br />and Outlot A, Bury and Carlson; and <br /> <br />th <br />WHEREAS, <br /> on November 28, 1995 the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #95- <br />11-261 approving the issuance and declaring terms of an amended conditional use permit to Bury <br />and Carlson for the establishment of a demolition concrete and asphalt processing facility on Lot <br />1, Block 1, and Outlot A, Bury and Carlson; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> on August 12, 2019 the Ramsey City Council considered vacation of an <br />existing drainage and ponding easement recorded as document number 509869 on Outlot B, Bury <br />& Carlson Addition; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby releases Lot 1, Block 1, and Outlot A Bury & Carlson <br />Addition from the previously approved and issued amended conditional use permit for the <br />purposes of operation of a demolition concrete and asphalt processing facility. <br /> <br />2) That the Ramsey City Council hereby vacates the underlying drainage and ponding <br />easement per document number 509869 on Outlot B Bury & Carlson Addition. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Kuzma, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor LeTourneau <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Heinrich <br /> Councilmember Musgrove <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />
