<br />Councilmember Heinrich introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #19-198 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DENYING APPLICATION FROM THE MASSAGE GATEWAY FOR A <br />MASSAGE ESTABLISHMENT LICENSE AND DENYING APPLICATION FROM QU <br />XIAOXIN FOR A THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE THERAPIST LICENSE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br />the City of Ramsey, herein referred to as the “City,” has received an <br />Application from Qu Xiaoxin for a Massage Establishment License and a Massage Therapist <br />License; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br />the City’s Police Chief has conducted a background check and recommends <br />denial of both licenses. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA <br />COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />1)That the City Council denies the application for a Massage Establishment License for The <br />Massage Gateway. <br /> <br />2)That the City Council denies the application for a Massage Therapist License for Qu <br />Xiaoxin. <br /> <br />That the motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Musgrove and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br /> <br /> Mayor LeTourneau <br /> Councilmember Heinrich <br /> Councilmember Musgrove <br /> Councilmember Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> Existing Vacancy <br /> Existing Vacancy <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
