<br />Councilmember Riley introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #19-196 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING RIGHT OF ENTRY AGREEMENT, STORMWATER <br />TREATMENT AND PONDING MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT, AND TRAIL <br />EASEMENT FOR LOT 1, BLOCK 1, AMSTERDAM EXTENSION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br />the City of Ramsey, herein referred to as the “City,” has approved a <br />development project known as Delta ModTech (the “Developer”), contingent upon entering into <br />several miscellaneous agreements with the City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br />the Developer has provided copies of the Right of Entry Agreement, <br />Stormwater Treatment and Ponding Maintenance Agreement, and Trail Easement for approval. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA <br />COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />1)That the City approves the Right of Entry Agreement, Stormwater Treatment and Ponding <br />Maintenance Agreement, and Trail Easement and authorizes the City Administrator and <br />Mayor to sign on behalf of the City; subject to City Attorney review. <br /> <br />That the motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Kuzma and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br /> <br /> Mayor LeTourneau <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Heinrich <br /> Councilmember Musgrove <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> Existing Vacancy <br /> Existing Vacancy <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
