<br />Councilmember Musgrove introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #19-191 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL TO ANALYZE SOURCE <br />WATER, DEVELOP WATER MODEL, PREPARE PRELIMINARY DESIGN <br />REPORT, AND AUTHORIZE SOLICITATION OF PROPOSALS FOR <br />CENTRALIZED WATER TREATMENT FACILITY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br />engineering services are required to ensure the City of Ramsey’s municipal <br />water supply system will be able to continue to provide adequate quantities of safe drinking <br />water well into the future. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) The City Council hereby approves the Centralized Water Treatment Request for <br />Proposals and authorizes advertising and direct soliciting of said proposal. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Riley, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor LeTourneau <br /> Councilmember Musgrove <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Heinrich <br /> Councilmember Kuzma <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> Existing Vacancy <br /> Existing Vacancy <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
