Specifically designed pre-cast concrete units whose surfaces have been <br />integrally treated with an applied decorative material or texture; <br />f. Factory fabricated panel materials if the panel material is to be of those <br />noted in subsections a through e of this section; and <br />g. Other material as may be approved by the planning and zoning <br />commission and council.
