It is in the COR 2 Commercial District. <br /> <br />COR2 Objectives: <br />--oriented uses within the COR2 sub-district <br />only if innovative design approaches are used including two story buildings, use of liner stores <br /> <br />-Buildings should always be located at all four corners of intersections.
