CC Work Session 2. 1. <br />Meeting Date: 08/12/2019 <br />Information <br />Title: <br />2020 General Fund/Levy Review - Continued Discussion <br />Purpose/Background: <br />Continued discussion of the 2020 General Fund Budget and levies before preliminary levy adoption on September <br />24, 2019. <br />Several items are are attached for review: <br />1. 2020 Preliminary Budget/Levy Notes - Reflects updates since 7-9-19 Budget Worksession. <br />2. Tax Capacity Rate Calculation Estimate: 3 Scenarios have been presented: <br />A.. Staff presented budget requests: General, EDA & Debt Service <br />B. All items from A above but 50% of road related debt funded via PIR Fund <br />C. All items from A above and include road funding that would have been implemented via a franchise fee, but <br />property <br />tax levied instead. Request from 7-9-19 Council worksession. <br />3. Non -Discretionary $ amount that were locked into as result of Union Contracts - Request from 7-9-19 Council <br />worksession <br />4. 2020 Personnel Requests <br />5 2020 Capital Equipment Requests <br />6..
