Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #19-194 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RELEASE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR THE <br />OPERATION OF A DEMOLITION CONCRETE AND ASPHALT PROCESSING FACILITY ON LOT <br />1 BLOCK 1 AND OUTLOT A, BURY AND CARLSON ADDITION AND RELEASING THE <br />UNDERLYING DRAINAGE AND PONDING EASEMENT ON OUTLOT B OF BURY & CARLSON <br />ADDITION PER DOCUMENT NUMBER 509869 <br />WHEREAS, on August 25, 1992, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #92-08-199 approving <br />the issuance and declaring terms of a conditional use permit to Bury and Carlson for the establishment of a <br />demolition concrete and asphalt processing facility on Lot 1, Block 1, and Outlot A, Bury and Carlson; and <br />WHEREAS, on November 28th, 1995 the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #95-11-261 <br />approving the issuance and declaring terms of an amended conditional use permit to Bury and Carlson for the <br />establishment of a demolition concrete and asphalt processing facility on Lot 1, Block 1, and Outlot A, Bury and <br />Carlson; and <br />WHEREAS, on August 12, 2019 the Ramsey City Council considered vacation of an existing drainage <br />and ponding easement recorded as document number 509869 on Outlot B, Bury & Carlson Addition; and <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1. That the Ramsey City Council hereby releases Lot 1, Block 1, and Outlot A Bury & Carlson Addition <br />from the previously approved and issued amended conditional use permit for the purposes of operation of <br />a demolition concrete and asphalt processing facility. <br />2. That the Ramsey City Council hereby vacates the underlying drainage and ponding easement per <br />document number 509869 on Outlot B Bury & Carlson Addition. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember , and <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this 12th day of <br />August, 2019. <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />
