Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #19-191 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL TO ANALYZE SOURCE <br />WATER, DEVELOP WATER MODEL, PREPARE PRELIMINARY DESIGN REPORT, <br />AND AUTHORIZE SOLICITATION OF PROPOSALS FOR CENTRALIZED WATER <br />TREATMENT FACILITY <br />WHEREAS, engineering services are required to ensure the City of Ramsey's municipal <br />water supply system will be able to continue to provide adequate quantities of safe drinking <br />water well into the future. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) The City Council hereby approves the Centralized Water Treatment Request for <br />Proposals and authorizes advertising and direct soliciting of said proposal. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 12th day of August, 2019. <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />Mayor <br />RESOLUTION #19-191 <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />
