20. That the proposed use will be in accordance with the objectives of the intent of Section <br />117-52 Interim Use Permits of the City Code. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />This Permit is issued pursuant to Section 117-52 of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of this <br />Permit are as follows: <br />1. The Permittee is herein allowed to operate a Religious Institution, including places of <br />assembly and offices, on the Subject Property. <br />2. The Permittee shall secure written permission from the Subject Property owner for the <br />parking of up to fifty (50) vehicles on the Subject Property. Such written permission shall <br />be provided to the City. <br />3. Parking along Highway 10 shall be prohibited at all times and any violation of such would <br />cause the Permit to be revisited. <br />4. This Permit shall be for a term of ten (10) years, commencing on August 1, 2019 and <br />expiring on July 30, 2029. <br />5. This Permit shall allow the Permittee to lease an adjacent suite for expansion, as long as <br />all other terms of the Permit are maintained. <br />6. This Permit is applicable only to the operation of a Religious Institution, including places <br />of assembly and offices, on the Subject Property. The granting of this Permit does not <br />allow for any other use that is prohibited in the H-1 Highway 10 Business District. <br />7. This Permit shall become null and void in the event the use granted under this Permit <br />permanently ceases prior to the expiration date or upon the expiration date, whichever <br />occurs first. <br />8. That all costs incurred by the City in administering and enforcing this Permit shall be the <br />responsibility of the Permittee. <br />9. That the City Administrator or his or her designee shall have the right to inspect the Subject <br />Property for compliance and safety purposes at any time. <br />10. That the failure of the City at any time to require performance by the Permittee of any <br />provisions herein shall in no way affect the right of the City thereafter to enforce the same. <br />Nor shall waiver by the City of any breach of any of the provisions hereof be taken or held <br />to be a waiver of any succeeding breach of such provision or as a waiver of any provision <br />itself. <br />RESOLUTION #19-181 <br />Page 3 of 6 <br />
