<br />C. FIRM INFORMATION AND TEAM
<br />Chris will be responsible for the day-to-day, onsite
<br />supervision and management of all construction
<br />activities associated with Ramsey's Public Works
<br />project. He will participate in the preconstruction
<br />efforts, assisting in the resolution of constructability
<br />issues and in development of the project schedule.
<br />He is directly responsible for scheduling, coordination,
<br />quality control, and ensuring the safety of all on -site
<br />personnel, as well as the general procedures. Chris
<br />will hold weekly meetings with the contractors to review progress of the work. He
<br />is also the direct contact for the users as it concerns logistics and coordination of
<br />operations. Onsite full-time during the construction phase, he will work closely with
<br />Ken Francois to lead, manage, and direct all field activities.
