C. FIRM INFORMATION AND TEAM <br />OUR TECHNICAL RESOURCES TEAM WILL WORK COLLABORATIVELY WITH THE CITY AND ARCHITECT. THE VALUE <br />THEY ADD ALLEVIATES REDESIGN, AND PROACTIVELY WORKS THROUGH FORESEEABLE CHALLENGES AT THE <br />ONSET OF THE PROJECT. <br />Megan Barnett-Livgard, CEcD, EDFP <br />Community Engagement Coordinator <br />Megan has 20 years of experience in both the public and private sectors, where she has <br />helped to navigate many construction and development projects. She brings expertise in <br />building consensus, understanding the public processes, working with councils, boards, and <br />task forces to ensure effective communication, engagement, and support is achieved. <br />Audie Miller <br />Preconstruction Services Manager <br />Audie's responsibilities include cost estimating, value engineering, budget monitoring, and <br />constructability review. Audie will assist in preconstruction scheduling, risk assessment, prime <br />contractor/vendor solicitation, and prequalification. Audie will develop the project cost <br />estimates from conceptual documentation to the final cost estimate. He will lead budgeting/ <br />estimating activities during preconstruction. He will assist in constructability reviews and value <br />engineering. Audie will verify the most current prime contractor pricing trends are reflected in <br />our estimates and the upcoming bid period of the project is effectively communicated to the <br />prime contractor market. <br />Jon Porter, PE, Associate AIA <br />Director of Building Science <br />A licensed Professional Engineer with 22 years of experience in the design and construction <br />industry, Jon provides leadership and training in quality issues to ensure that KA delivers a <br />customer experience that exceeds client's expectations. He serves as a technical resource <br />to the project team in relation to means and methods, constructability, building materials <br />technology, work flow and sequencing, proper installation techniques, and testing and <br />acceptance protocols. <br />Matt Stringfellow, LEED Green Associate <br />Mechanical and Electrical Systems Manager <br />With 36 years of experience in the field of M&E engineering, consulting, design and <br />construction, Matt has solid expertise in highly specialized M&E systems. He will support the <br />team in cost estimating, value engineering, and M&E systems coordination services. He will <br />assist with life cycle cost and option analysis, constructability review, long-range planning, <br />and project phasing/scheduling. Matt will assist in the commissioning process and training <br />facility teams on systems operations and maintenance. <br />Jay Vander Leest <br />Director of Safety <br />Jay's background and responsibilities include: corporate construction safety management, <br />Federal, State and Local regulations (OSHA/MNOSHA/DOT), investigations, evaluations and <br />analyses of jobsite issues, training and employee development, jobsite inspections, safety <br />policy development and implementation, Worker's Compensation and claims management, <br />Federal and State record keeping, company strategic planning, Safety Department <br />leadership, and further developing a safety culture throughout Kraus -Anderson. <br />Ramsey Public Works and Fleet Maintenance Facility <br />City of Ramsey, MN <br />18 <br />
