Carrie Dubbelde, a family member of Joey, who works at FastSigns in Roseville, Minnesota, created the safety
banners which will be on display around the vehicle, as well as the plaques which will be given in appreciation to
M & G Trailer, North Star Towing, and the Anderson Family. The wrap -around banner serves many purposes. It
lists facts to educate the public, it conveys a personal message and is a memorial to Joey, and it's a physical safety
barrier to keep the public back from the sharp pieces exposed on the vehicle. An image of the banner is attached to
this case. The Anderson family paid for the banners and plaques.
Recommendation:
Staff requests the Council accept the above -listed donations.
Action:
Motion to accept the following Public Safety Exhibit donations:
A crashed 2007 Silver 4 Door BMW 328i Wagon - approximate value $3,000
Banners and Plaques
Transport Trailer - approximate value $2,500
Labor and Equipment to permanently attach the vehicle to the trailer - approximate value $400
Trailer banner
Appreciation plaques
Attachments
Form Review
Inbox Reviewed By Date
Jeff Katers Jeff Katers 08/19/2019 08:35 AM
Kurt Ulrich Kurt Ulrich 08/22/2019 10:41 AM
Form Started By: Brad Bluml Started On: 08/16/2019 02:52 PM
Final Approval Date: 08/22/2019
