• Cities that administer health care or supportive services to persons with disabilities <br />should review whether these services are provided in the most integrated, <br />community based settings. <br />• Cities should examine whether zoning ordinances that affect housing for persons <br />with disabilities unlawfully limit this housing to particular sections of the <br />community or neighborhoods.
