Part 2 asked Councilmembers to prioritize 16 strategic priorities. This step did not rank individual <br />strategic priorities in terms of level of importance and willingness to invest needed resources. The intent <br />of these responses were to help reconcile task level action and provide clarity to the desired outcomes <br />of task level actions.
