We have a <br />model under construction and hope to have it open by late August 2019. We have <br />also submitted for an additional five building permits for construction and anticipate <br />starting all five of those homes in the month of July. <br />Unfortunately, we got a much later start on the project than we had hoped. We were <br />able to get the grading completed in the Fall of 2018 and the cold weather set in <br />before we were able to get the utilities completed. This caused us to start <br />construction of the homes much later than we had originally anticipated. <br />We are requesting the city to move the requirement to have five certificates of <br />occupancy issued form October 1, 2019 to December 31, 2019. We are confident we <br />will have 6 or more homes completed by this date.
