July 17, 2019 for the reduction in the number of motor vehicles to the city code <br /> limit of six (6), that no more than one (1) inoperable vehicles was allowed on the <br /> property, and that the property owner apply for a residential kennel license as they <br /> had four(4) dogs on the property. <br /> 3. The City corresponded with the applicant in person at the inspections on June 11th, June <br /> 19th, and July 17th outlining outstanding violation issues and expectations going forward <br /> including a timeline for compliance that the property owner was agreeable to. The <br /> Property Owner has stated they will not remove the hoop building(s) onsite without being <br /> taken to court. <br /> NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF RAMSEY,ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants approval of the proposed code enforcement action <br /> plan on the Subject Property as outlined below, contingent upon verification of any violation(s)of <br /> City Code: <br /> 1. By Friday,August 16,2019 the property owner will reduce the number of motor <br /> vehicles on the property to be in compliance with City Code.No more than six motor <br /> vehicles on the property with one motor vehicle allowed to be inoperable. <br /> 2. By Friday, August 30, 2019,the property owner will remove garbage/debris currently <br /> being stored in the high sided trailer to be removed from the property. <br /> 3. By Friday,August 30, 2019,the property owner will submit to the City documentation <br /> to license two dogs including having two of the dogs having received its rabies <br /> vaccination. <br /> 4. By Friday,August 30, 2019,the property owner will apply for a Private Kennel License <br /> to maintain more than three(3)dogs on the property. Staff inspected four dogs on the <br /> property on July 17, 2019 each of which appeared in good health and each was friendly. <br /> A kennel license is reviewed by City Staff and approved of by City Council.A public <br /> hearing is required when reviewed by the City Council. <br /> 5. By Monday, September 30,2019 the property owner will submit to the City <br /> documentation to license the third and fourth dogs as well as that they have received <br /> their rabies vaccinations. <br /> 6. That future violations of the same will result in financial penalties as allowed by <br /> approved rates and charges. <br /> 7.
