Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #19-214 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF ENCUMBERED HRA FUNDS FOR <br />BUNKER LAKE BUSINESS PARK <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey requested the use of 1.7M of its City of the Ramsey HRA <br />fund to assist with the financing of the Bunker Lake Industrial Park Infrastructure project; and <br />WHEREAS, the Bunker Lake Industrial Park Infrastructure project came in under budget <br />and the entire 1.7M of requested HRA funds were not needed to complete project; and <br />WHEREAS, a letter from the Mayor to the Anoka County HRA is required to formally <br />request the release of the remaining unencumbered funds relating to this project. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) Authorize the Mayor to sign letter requesting the release of City of Ramsey HRA funds <br />encumbered for the Bunker Lake Business Park infrastructure project. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the l Oth day of September 2019. <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />
