Historical <br />uses include an unpermitted dump. Contaminants of concern <br />include polyaromatic hydrocarbons, asbestos -containing materials <br />and metals mixed with debris in the soils, and petroleum -impacts <br />to the soil and groundwater. Additional soil vapor sampling is <br />required. <br />Redevelopment project to <br />start construction by the <br />end of the grant term <br />Expected benefits include the development of 11 market -rate <br />homes and 3 affordable homes.
