The survey shall extend to the right-of-way and far enough onto adjacent streets to <br />properly match grades with the final road design. The deadline for submittal of proposals was Wednesday, August <br />21, 2019. The City received two proposals as follows; <br />Hakanson Anderson lump sum total = $12,800 <br />Bolton & Menk lump sum total = $20,620 <br />City Staff recommends approving the Hakanson Anderson proposal at a cost of $12,800. <br />Geotechnical Report Request for Proposal <br />On August 1, 2019 City Staff sent RFP's to four firms for the preparation and delivery of a geotechnical report <br />along Variolite Street from Alpine Drive to 173rd Avenue, including 61 soil borings. The deadline for submittal of <br />proposals was Wednesday, August 21, 2019. The City received three proposals as follows; <br />Terracon Consultants total fee proposal = $19,915* <br />Northern Technologies total fee proposal = $29,750 <br />Braun Intertec total fee proposal = $42,160 <br />
