Norman,I City Administrator <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />One of the projects in the core area of the Ramsey Town Center is the community/fitness <br />center (map attached). Staff has informed the-' City Council in the past that a local fitness <br />center, HealthQuest, has indicated an imereS~(in participating with the project.
