CITY COUNCIL WORK sESSION <br />Topic Report: RTC II Master Planning <br />By: James E. Norman, City Administrator. <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The City Council authorized the Master !'Planning of the second and third tiers <br />surrounding the Ramsey Town Center last month. A group of consultants representing <br />different specialties were authorized to proceed,, led. by McCombs Frank Roos <br />Associates, Inc. Staff has been working for the last month with the Master Planning <br />Team and a preliminary draft of the first tier was distributed following the Council Work <br />Session of March 15, 2005.
