BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: <br /> <br />Consider Introduction of Ordiuance for Sale of Outlots A, B, & C, Ramsey <br />Town Center Addition <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich explained the proposed ordinance would provide for the City to sell <br />Outlets A, B, & C, Ramsey Town Center Addition to RTC, LLC in exchange for the City Hall <br />site. <br /> <br />Cotmcihncmber Elvig asked if the City controls the easements into the well area. <br /> <br />Assistant Public Works Director Olson responded in the affirmative. He explained the City is <br />rcquJrcd to have control of the land at least 50 ;feet away from the well property according to <br /> <br />City COUncil/February 15, 2005 <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
