Mr. Hegg suggested a picture be. taken of the COuncil with the silk screening that was sent by <br />Loudi. The picture could be sent to Loudi with a letter indicating that a representative of Ramsey <br />would be visiting the city. ~ <br /> <br />City Administrator Norman indicated this toPic will likely be on the agenda of the first Council <br />meeting in March. A picture could be taken Of the Council with the silk screening prior to the <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Councilmember Elvig suggested pictures be taken of the process of the Town Center <br />construction. He suggested a golden shovel fro~ one of the groundbreakings be shared with <br />Loudi as well. <br /> <br />Councilmember Strommen requested time be scheduled for the Council to review pictures and a <br />video, as well as a profile of Loudi. <br /> <br />The consensus of the City Council was to direet staff to schedule a work session to further <br />discuss and review infonrtation regarding the sister city arrangement with Loudi, China. <br /> <br />The work session was recessed at 7:35 p.m. <br /> <br />Councihnembers Cook, Jeffrey, and pearson, and Assistant City Administrator Nelson mxived at <br />7:40 p.m. <br /> <br />The work session was recon, vened at 7:40 p.m. <br /> <br />2) First Amendment to the RTC MaSter Development Agreement <br /> <br />City Ad ministrator Norman presented background information regarding the first amendment to <br />the RTC Master DevelOpment Agreement. He reviewed the following: <br /> · Ten talking points of agreements between the City and RTC as outlined in Attachment A <br /> (Lasher Letter) <br /> · Attachment B (Business Terms and Conditions Ramsey Town Center Proposal October 7, <br /> 2O04) <br /> · Nine talking points of agreements between the City and RTC as outlined in Attachment C <br /> (Lasher Letter ID <br /> · Attachment E (Option Agreement) <br /> <br />Stal'f and Mr. Lasher of LSA Design revieWed Attact-nrtent D (First Amendment to City of <br />Ramsey Master Development Agreement for Ramsey Town Center) with the Council.
