Mr. Fegcs stated if they are going to hit the density they plan they will have to make sure they <br />kcep accounting and expanding the ramps :to the:maximum capacity and potentially have more <br />vertical parking. If this is not done it could stop growth. <br /> <br />Assistant Public Works Director :Olson indicated the City will continue to try to acquire grants <br />for the expansion of the ramps, However, it should be clear that the City has spent as much as <br />they can for parking ramps in this district alUt does not have the financial tools for the <br />expansions. Those funds will need to come from grants or from the secondary developers. <br /> <br />City Adm in istrator Norman indicated these :agreements will be on the agenda of the City Council <br />meeting next Tuesday. Individual meetings can :be set up if the Council would like to further <br />review this. <br /> <br />Councilmember Strommen stressed the need for ihe Council to have a discussion regarding the <br />cinema and land use in Outlot B.
