To raise awareness about domestic violence in our community,the City of Ramsey is again partnering with Rachel Circle — a domestic violence awareness social justice group from Zion Lutheran Church- to form a Purple Lights Initiative. The purpose of the Purple Lights Initiative is to spark community conversation, mourn those who have died due to violence, celebrate survivors and connect victims to helpful resources.
