WHEREAS, as of September 24, 2019 $245,868.65 has been paid to date; and <br />WHEREAS, the Engineering Technician IV has inspected the completed work and <br />recommends partial payment #3 to Asphalt Surface Technologies (ASTECH) for Improvement <br />Project #19-01, Ford Brook Estates Street Reconstructions in the amount of $4,306.11. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the City Council hereby authorizes partial payment #3 to Asphalt Surface <br />Technologies, for Improvement Project #19-01, Ford Brook Estates Street <br />Reconstruction, in the amount of $4,306.11. <br />2) That the City Council hereby accepts the project and authorizes the Mayor <br />or City Administrator to sign the release form for this payment. <br />3) That the total amount of this payment is not included in resolutions approving <br />payment of bills for the date of September 24, 2019. <br />4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department will be given a signed copy of this <br />resolution. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />RESOLUTION #19-229 <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />
