Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #19-240 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR SUITE LIVING <br />WHEREAS, Hampton Companies, hereafter referred to as "Developer", properly applied for and <br />received Site Plan approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br />Outlot A, Rivenwick Village, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />Or upon platting: <br />Lot 1, Block 1, Rivenwick Village 3' Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />(the `Subject Property'); <br />WHEREAS, the City granted site plan approval with the condition that the Applicant enter into a <br />development agreement with the City as well as receive approval of plans by the City engineer; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council considered the Development Agreement on September 24, 2019; and <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1. That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants approval of the development agreement for Suite Living. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember , and <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this 24th day of <br />September, 2019. <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />
