Observations: Lining the ponds will protect the source aquifer for the City's municipal water supply system. <br />Alternatives: Alternative #1: Motion to adopt Resolution #19-233 approving plans and specifications and <br />authorizing advertisements for bids for Improvement Project #19-06, Ramsey Town Center 9th Addition Pond <br />Lining Improvements. <br />Alternative #2: Motion to deny adoption of Resolution #19-233 at this time. <br />Funding Source: <br />The estimated cost for the improvements is $85,000. Project costs are proposed to be split evenly between <br />Stormwater Management and Stormwater Utility Funds. <br />Recommendation: <br />Staff recommends alternative # 1.
