<br />Councilmember Heinrich introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #19-240 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR SUITE LIVING <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br /> Hampton Companies, hereafter referred to as “Developer”, properly applied <br />for and received Site Plan approval of the following described property located in the City of <br />Ramsey: <br /> <br /> Outlot A, Rivenwick Village, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br /> Or upon platting: <br /> <br />rd <br /> Lot 1, Block 1, Rivenwick Village 3 Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br /> (the ‘Subject Property’); <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> , the City granted site plan approval with the condition that the Applicant enter <br />into a development agreement with the City as well as receive approval of plans by the City <br />engineer; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS <br />, the City Council considered the Development Agreement on September 24, <br />2019; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants approval of the development agreement for <br />Suite Living. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Musgrove, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor LeTourneau <br /> Councilmember Heinrich <br /> Councilmember Musgrove <br /> Councilmember Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Menth <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
