PUBLIC HEARING <br /> 6.01: Public Hearing: Introduce Ordinance #19-09 Vacating Right-of-Way for River <br /> Walk Village; Case of Don Kveton/Village Bank(Project 18-163) <br /> Presentation <br /> Community Development Director Gladhill reviewed the staff report and recommendation to <br /> approve Ordinance #19-09 vacating right-of-way for River Walk Village. <br /> Councilmember Riley asked how the City would ensure there is trail access when vacating this <br /> right-of-way. <br /> Community Development Director Gladhill noted that this ordinance would not be executed until <br /> the plat is provided with the trail. <br /> Public Hearing <br /> Mayor LeTourneau called the public hearing to order at 7:11 p.m. <br /> Citizen Input <br /> There was none. <br /> Motion by Councilmember Musgrove, seconded by Councilmember Heinrich, to close the public <br /> hearing. <br /> Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor LeTourneau, Councilmembers Musgrove, Heinrich, <br /> Kuzma, and Riley.
