The <br />conditions of this permit are as foliows; <br /> <br />1. That this resolution shall allow for the establishment and operation of a one-chair hair <br /> salon on the Subject Prope ~rtY :: <br /> <br />2. Should the Permittee die or move to a ne~ location, the Permit shall be automatically <br /> terminated, except that in the caseof, de~ath,ishould a surviving spouse or child, residing at <br /> the same address, desire tO cOntinue the home occupation, written notice to that effect <br /> shall be given to the City AdministratO'r and the City Council may authorize continuation <br /> of the Permit without further hearing: <br /> <br />3.
