CC Regular Session 5. 9. <br />Meeting Date: 10/22/2019 <br />By: Bruce Westby, Engineering/Public <br />Works <br />Information <br />Title <br />Adopt Resolution # 19-260 Authorizing Partial Payment #1 to Northwest Asphalt and Maintenance for <br />Improvement Project #19-00, 2019 Cracksealing Improvements <br />Purpose/Background: <br />The purpose of this case is to authorize partial payment #1 to Northwest Asphalt and Maintenance for <br />Improvement Project #19-00, 2019 Cracksealing Improvements. Resolution #19-260 and pay estimate #1 are <br />attached. <br />Notification: <br />Notifications are not required for this case. <br />Observations/Alternatives: <br />Final payment is anticipated to be processed at the November 26, 2019 regular City Council meeting. <br />Funding Source: <br />The City budgets $500,000 annually for cracksealing and sealcoating improvements.
