CC Regular Session <br />Meeting Date: 10/22/2019 <br />By: Tim Gladhill, Community Development <br />5. 11. <br />Information <br />Title <br />Adopt Resolution #19-263 Approving Revised Site Plan for Sunflower Ridge <br />Purpose/Background: <br />City Code requires site plan approval for townhome buildings. Major changes to site plan approval require City <br />Council approval. Sunflower Ridge is a townhome development approved in the early 2000s. A couple of <br />unfinished lots were recently sold, and the City has received a Building Permit Application. Staff has determined <br />that the changes to the architecture are significant enough to require City Council approval. Staff has already <br />requested enhancements to the original submittal, and the current architectural proposal appears to meet our <br />minimum standards.
