Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #19-263 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING REVISED SITE PLAN AND ARCHITECTURAL <br />APPROVAL FOR SUNFLOWER RIDGE <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey previously approved Sunflower Ridge, an attached <br />townhome development in the early 2000s ("Development"); and <br />WHEREAS, the City received an Application for Building Permit with revised <br />architectural design, requiring City Council approval. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the revised Site Plan and Architectural <br />Approval for Sunflower Ridge. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember , <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 22nd day of October 2019. <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />
