CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, October 8, 2019, at the <br />Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br />Members Present: <br />Members Absent: <br />Also Present: <br />1. <br />Mayor John LeTourneau <br />Councilmember Nadine Heinrich <br />Councilmember Mark Kuzma <br />Councilmember Jeff Menth <br />Councilmember Debra Musgrove <br />Councilmember Chris Riley <br />None <br />City Administrator Kurtis Ulrich <br />Police Chief Jeff Katers <br />Public Works Superintendent Grant Riemer <br />Civil Engineer IV Leonard Linton <br />Administrative Services Director Colleen Lasher <br />Community Development Director Timothy Gladhill <br />City Engineer Bruce Westby <br />Economic Development Manager Sean Sullivan <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor LeTourneau called the regular meeting of the Ramsey City Council to order at 7:00 p.m., <br />followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by Mayor LeTourneau. <br />2. PRESENTATION <br />2.01: Oath of Office for a Patrol Officer <br />Police Chief Katers welcomed Officer Jordan England, who has completed his training to be the <br />newest member of the Police Department. He commented that the department is grateful for the <br />continued support from the community. He stated that Officer England has always had a dream <br />of being a Police Officer and is humbled and excited to begin serving Ramsey. <br />Mayor LeTourneau administered the Oath of Officer to Patrol Officer Jordan England. <br />3.
