<br />Councilmember Riley introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #19-243 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND <br />DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR ELLIS ADDITION <br /> <br />RECITALS <br /> <br />1.Michael Ellis, hereinafter referred to as “Developer”, properly applied for Final Plat <br />approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />Generally known as: <br /> <br />th <br />7001 166 Avenue NW, Ramsey, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Or legally described: <br /> <br />WESTBY FIRST ADDITION LOT 2 BLK 1 WESTBY 1ST ADDITION (SUBJECT TO <br />EASEMENT AS SHOWN ON PLAT) <br /> <br />Or upon platting: <br /> <br />Lots 1-3, Block 1, ELLIS ADDITION <br /> <br />(the “Subject Property”) <br /> <br /> <br />2.The City of Ramsey received an application for Sketch Plan and Final Plat for Ellis <br />Addition prepared by Sathre-Bergquist, Inc. from the Developer on August 30, 2019. <br /> <br /> <br />3.The Subject Property is zoned R-1 Residential (MUSA), as are the properties surrounding <br />the Subject Property. <br /> <br /> <br />4.The Subject Property is approximately 2.5 acres and upon platting Lot 1 will be 0.52 <br />acres, Lot 2 will be 0.52 acres, and Lot 3 will be 1.46 acres. <br /> <br /> <br />5.Proposed Lot 3 will include the existing dwelling unit found on the Subject Property <br />currently. <br /> <br /> <br />6.The Subject Property gains access off Jaspar Street NW. Proposed Lots 1 and 2 would <br />th <br />gain access off 166 Avenue NW, a designated Minnesota State Aid (MSA) road. <br /> <br /> <br />7.The Subject Property is not located within the Ramsey floodplain. <br /> <br /> <br />8.The Subject Property does not contain any identified wetlands. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />
