NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS PLANNING COMMISSION <br />OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />That the Ramsey Planning Commission hereby grants approval of variances (the "Variances") to <br />total cul-de-sac length and bluffline setback as it relates to River Walk Village on the Subject <br />Property contingent upon the following conditions: <br />CONDITIONS <br />1. That the Permittee shall construct the cul-de-sac in accordance with all other provisions <br />of City Code and applicable state standards. <br />2. That the Permittee shall pave the cul-de-sac to City standards. <br />3. That the Permittee shall construct/reconstruct Rivlyn Avenue and the cul-de-sac to City <br />standards, with no gaps between existing road and updated road. <br />4. That this Permit shall be perpetual in duration as long as the terms are herein complied <br />with. <br />5. That future improvements on the lots shall be subject to the provisions of the MRRCA and <br />Shoreland regulations, where applicable. <br />6. That the Permittee shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and <br />enforcing this Permit. <br />7. That the Permittee shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any <br />construction of the Building, including a Building Permit. <br />8. That the City Administrator, or his/her designee, shall have the right to inspect the Subject <br />Property for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable <br />request. <br />9. That this Permit shall be tied to the recording of the Final Plat for River Walk Village and <br />will expire if the Final Plat is not recorded. <br />10. That the bluffline setback variance is only for Lot 5, Block 3, allowing the house to be built <br />approximately 20 feet from the bluffline, and no future buildings (e.g. sheds) or building <br />additions may be closer to the bluffline than the proposed house pad without an additional <br />variance granted by the Ramsey Planning Commission. <br />RESOLUTION #19-099 <br />Page 3 of 6 <br />
