The HRA meeting recessed at 6:41 p.m. <br /> The HRA reconvened in closed session at 6:45 p.m. <br /> 2.02: Consider Offer to Purchase Land—Drive-Thru Restaurant <br /> City Attorney Goodrich advised that under Minnesota Statutes, the meeting can move into closed <br /> session to discuss acquisition negotiations. He indicated closed session discussion will relate to <br /> the sale of property to be platted as Lot 4,Block 1,COR 2. The closed session will be tape recorded <br /> and that tape will be maintained for a period of eight years. <br /> Discussion ensued relating to the sale of the property platted as Lot 4, Block 1, COR 2. <br /> The consensus of the HRA was to direct the Development Manager to move forward to respond <br /> to the term sheet and negotiate the price with some exclusions. <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> Motion by Commissioner Ramsey, seconded by Commissioner Backous, to adjourn the Closed <br /> Session meeting of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> The closed session meeting of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority adjourned at 7:05 p.m. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> &____ <br /> Kurtis G.
