Dir. Heidi A. Nelson <br /> City Administrator Kurtis Ulrich <br /> Public Works Director Brian Olson <br /> City Attorney Bill Goodrich <br /> Development Manager Darren Lazan <br /> CALL TO ORDER: <br /> Chairperson McGlone called the Closed Session meeting of the Housing and Redevelopment <br /> Authority to order at 6:28 p.m. <br /> CLOSED PORTION: <br /> Update on Offer to Purchase Land—Sunwood Retail Area (closed to the public) <br /> The Discussion related to property acquisitions for the Sunwood Drive and Armstrong Boulevard <br /> realignment project. The closed session will be tape recorded and that tape will be maintained for <br /> a period of eight years. <br /> It was noted that Commissioner Wise was not in attendance as he had declared a conflict of interest. <br /> Motion by Commissioner Ramsey, seconded by Commissioner Backous to adjourn the closed <br /> session and move to open session at 7:18 p.m. <br /> Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson McGlone, Commissioners Ramsey, Backous, Elvig, <br /> Strommen, and Tossey. Voting No: None.
