HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (CLOSED PORTION) <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> The Housing and Redevelopment Authority conducted a Closed Session meeting on Tuesday, <br /> February 5, 2013, at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, <br /> Minnesota. <br /> Members Present: Chairperson Randy Backous <br /> Commissioner David Elvig <br /> Commissioner Mark Kuzma <br /> Commissioner John LeTourneau <br /> Commission Chris Riley <br /> Commissioner Jason Tossey <br /> • Members Absent: Commissioner Sarah Strommen <br /> Also Present: HRA Executive Director Kurtis Ulrich <br /> Deputy Executive Director Timothy Gladhill <br /> Development Manager Darren Lazan <br /> CALL TO ORDER: <br /> Chairperson Backous called the Closed Session meeting of the Housing and Redevelopment <br /> Authority to order at 9:41 p.m. <br /> Development Manager Lazan advised that under Minnesota Statutes, Section 13D.05, Subd.3 (c) <br /> the meeting can move into closed session to discuss confidential or nonpublic appraisal data and <br /> acquisition negotiations. He indicated closed session discussion will relate to the potential sale of <br /> property in the southwest corner of Ramsey Boulevard and Sunwood Drive for future <br /> development. The closed session will be tape recorded and that tape will be maintained for a <br /> period of eight years. <br /> CLOSED PORTION: <br /> 2.01: Consider Potential Land use and Sale of Land — Southwest Corner of Ramsey <br /> Boulevard and Sunwood Drive(closed to the public) <br /> Development Manager Lazan updated the HRA on the potential sale of property in the southwest <br /> corner of Ramsey Boulevard and Sunwood Drive. <br /> The consensus of the HRA was to entertain a presentation by this potential user at the February <br /> 12, 2013 Work Session. <br /> HRA—February 5,2013—Closed Portion <br /> 2 pages <br />
