The Special General Election was held on Tuesday, November 5, 2019, Ward 3 polling <br />places were open for voting from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Residents also had the opportunity to vote absentee if they <br />chose, either at Ramsey City Hall, at Anoka County Elections Department, or by mail. <br />The voter turnout for the Special General Election, including absentee votes, was on average 9% percent.
