introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />CITY COUNCIL RESOLUTION #19-275 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING RELEASE OF RIGHT OF RE-ENTRY AGREEMENT <br />FOR AFFINITY AT RAMSEY, LLC <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey (the "City"), entered into a Right of Re -Entry Agreement <br />with Affinity at Ramsey, LLC (the "Buyer") filed in the Anoka County Office of the Registrar of <br />Titles as document number 558797.009 (the "Agreement"); and <br />WHEREAS, the Agreement required the Buyer to complete the market rate senior project <br />according to the approved site plan specifications within 30 months of the Closing date; and <br />WHEREAS, the Buyer has provided the City of Ramsey with a Certificate of Occupancy <br />dated September 12, 2019 documenting the completion of the project prior to the 30 month <br />deadline; and <br />WHEREAS, the Buyer has requested that the City release it from the Agreement. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA <br />COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the City hereby authorizes the City Administrator and Mayor to sign the Release of <br />Right of Re -Entry Agreement releasing Affinity at Ramsey from document 558797.009; <br />subject to City Attorney approval. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />None <br />and the following abstained: <br />None <br />and the following were absent: <br />
