The calendar <br />includes topics drawn from Committee requests received during meetings and/or unresolved topics previously <br />discussed by the Committee. Calendar dates are estimated based on availability of information, availability of <br />required attendees, staff workload and competing interests and objectives. Dates are therefore subject to change. <br />Timeframe: <br />Staff estimates less than 5 minutes will be necessary to review the future topics calendar and address questions. <br />Observations/Alternatives: <br />Discussion items shown in red, strike -through text in the attached caledar are proposed to be removed from the <br />calendar moving forward. These items will instead be addressed as part of the items listed in red text. <br />Funding Source: <br />NA <br />Recommendation: <br />NA <br />Action: <br />No formal action required.
