<br /> <br />7.That the Subject Property is approximately 43.44 acres and is surrounded by lots ranging <br />in size from about 40 acres to about 2 acres. The Applicants own three of the additional <br />approximately 40 acre pieces adjacent to the Subject Property. <br /> <br /> <br />8.That the Subject Property is guided for low density residential on the City’s Future Land <br />Use Map. <br /> <br /> <br />9.That the Applicant owns the Subject Property is building a dwelling they intend to occupy <br />on the Subject Property. <br /> <br /> <br />10.That the Applicant received a stop work order after starting construction of the Accessory <br />Structure after plumbing plans came in for a wet bar, which exceeded the provisions for <br />cooking, living, sanitation, and sleeping that Staff felt comfortable approving <br />administratively. <br /> <br /> <br />11.That the Subject Property is eligible for a maximum of eight (8) detached accessory <br />buildings with a combined square footage not to exceed 12,000. <br /> <br /> <br />12.That the Accessory Structure is 11,972 square feet in size and essentially maximizes the <br />amount of detached accessory structures allowed onsite. Any future building would require <br />a Conditional Use Permit as the Code is currently written. <br /> <br /> <br />13.That City Code Section 117-349 (Accessory Uses and Buildings) states that accessory <br />buildings shall be prohibited from containing complete independent living facilities <br />(accessory apartments), defined as having three or more of the following: permanent <br />provisions for living, sleeping, eating, and sanitation. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) The Ramsey City Council hereby approves the Accessory Structure Agreement for a <br />detached accessory structure at 16501 Jarvis Street NW, contingent upon review and <br />approval as to legal form by the City Attorney. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Heinrich, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor LeTourneau <br /> Councilmember Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Heinrich <br /> Councilmember Menth <br /> Councilmember Musgrove <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Resolution #19-270 <br />Page 2 of 3 <br /> <br />
