Development on Lot 1 will need to conform to the approved <br />development plan of the Ramsey Municipal Center and Municipal Parking Facility. <br />Development of Lot 2 will need to be approved as part of a future site plan. <br /> <br />Easements. The 'proposed preliminary plat does not create any new drainage and <br />utility easements. The drainage and utility easements shown on the preliminary plat <br />were created as part of Ramsey ToWn Center Addition. <br /> <br />Planning Commission Meeting.
