Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05-04- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF AN INTERIM USE PERMIT TO <br />OPERATE A SIGN BUSINESS WITHIN A DETACHED ACCESSORY STRUCTURE <br />ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 6160 GREEN VALLEY ROAD NW BASED ON <br />FINDINGS OF FACT # AND DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br />Findings of Fact # <br /> <br /> the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #05-04-... adopting <br />~ for this use and herein approves the Interim Use Permit. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />On April 26, 2005 an Interim Use Permit ("Permit") was issued by the City of Ramsey ("City") to <br />Robert Guzzo ("Permit Holder") to operate a sign business in a detached accessory structure <br />located on the property generally known as 6160 Green Valley Road NW and [egally described <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 2, Fox Ridge Estates, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property") <br /> <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.06 of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of <br />this permit are as follows: <br /> <br />That this resolution shall allow for a sign business to operate within a detached accessory <br />structure that is located on the Subject Property. <br /> <br />2. That the established business hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. <br /> <br />That the number of vehicular traffic trips per day cannot exceed two trips per hour per <br />standard eight hour business day or 16 trips within a 24-hour period, and vehicular traffic <br />trips include deliveries, and customer and employee trips. <br /> <br />That under no circumstance can the Permit Holder lease the accessory structure located <br />on the Subject Property to any person(s) that does not reside on the Subject Property. <br /> <br />That under no circumstance can the Permit Holder subdivide the Subject Property to <br />create a situation that results in the detached accessory structure being located on a <br />separate parcel from the principal dwelling. <br /> <br />That the Permit Holder agrees to comply with section 9.l 1.08 of City Code relating to <br />outside storage of vehicles and equipment. <br /> <br />14 <br /> <br /> <br />
