Phase I Roadway hnprovements was held in 2004. The Council received the feasibility reports <br />for the City Phase II Roadway Improvements, the AUAR Roadway Improvements, and the <br />Parking Facilities Improvements on February 8, 2005. <br /> <br />Assistant Public Works Director Olson reviewed the feasibility reports for the City Phase 71I <br />Roadway Improvements, the AUAR Roadway Improvements; and the Parking Facilities <br />Improvements <br /> <br />Citizen InpUt <br /> <br />There was none. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cook, seconded by Councilmember' Olson, to close the public <br />hearing <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Cook, Olson, Elvig, Jeffrey, <br />Pearson, and Strommen. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />The public hearing was closed at 8:47 p.m. <br /> <br />Council Business <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the regular City Council meeting back to order at 8:47 p.m. <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich explained the City is one of the property owners that will be assessed for <br />local improvements. The Council has been presented with a petition requesting the City to <br />complete the local improvements. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cook, seconded by Councilmember Olson, to approve a petition for <br />local improvements by the City of Ramsey, Minnesota to the City Council of the City of <br />Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Cook, Olson, Elvig, Jeffrey, <br />Pearson, and Strommen. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich explained the City has now received a petition from all of the property <br />owners that are to be assessed for the various improvements. <br /> <br />Assistant Public Works Director Olson advised staff has not yet received the Phase II Landscape <br />Plan'from the developer. The action ordering improvements should be contingent on the receipt <br />of that Landscape Plan. <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich explained the proposed resolution states that the City has received all of <br />the feasibility reports. The resolution includes the amendment to the Phase II Roadways.
