Voting No: None. <br /> <br />The public hearing was closed at 8:59 p.m. <br /> <br />Council Business <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the regular City Council meeting back to order at 8:59 p.m. <br /> <br />Councilmember Elvig requested verification that the numbers presented are accurate. <br /> <br />Assistant Public Works Director Olson responded that the numbers are accurate. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Elvig, seconded by Councilmember Cook, to adopt Resolution #05- <br />02-065 Adopting assessments for the Ramsey Town Center Addition City Phase I Roadway <br />improvements; to adopt Resolution #05-02-066 Adopting assessments fbr the Ramsey Town <br />Center Addition City Phase II Roadway Improvements; to adopt Resolution #05-02-067 <br />Adopting assessments for the Ramsey Town Center Addition City AUAR Roadway <br />Improvements; and to adopt Resolution #05-02-068 Adopting assessments for the Ramsey Town <br />Center Addition Ramsey Town Center Parking Facilities Improvements. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #17: <br /> <br />Consider Adoption of First Amendment to Master Development Agreement <br />for Ramsey Town Center <br /> <br />City Administrator Norman reviewed that staff has been working with the City Attorney, Tom <br />Bray of Briggs & Morgan, and Jim Lasher of LSA to complete negotiations for the first <br />amendment to the Master Development Agreement. Staff has held many work sessions with the <br />City Council to provide updates of negotiations and to discuss details of the agreement. Staff <br />and consultants met with the City Council at a recent work session held on February 15, 2005. <br />During the work session, the City Council was told that negotiations had been completed and the <br />document was ready for Council consideration.
